I can offer a range of on-going support options. Each option is designed to meet a particular requirement and budget.
For your convenience, the main options are summarised below.
As and When Required with Fixed Fee: Involving a fixed fee on a per job basis where the fee would be agreed beforehand based on a quotation tendered by me. The provision of a quotation is subject to a nominal fee which would be waived in the event of you placing an the order with me. This option includes IT troubleshooting and software/hardware support for your users.
As and When Required with Hourly Rate: A fixed hourly rate would be charged on a per job basis. Telephone support calls would be logged and charged accordingly at the end of each calendar month. On-site support calls would be charged at the same rate and subject to an additional call out charge. This option includes all IT consultancy services, IT troubleshooting as well as software/hardware support for your users.
Regular support contract: Typically, I would visit your premises on a weekly/fortnightly basis to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to - server/network administration and maintenance, IT troubleshooting, software/hardware support for users, training as well as providing IT consultancy services.
