Microsoft Access database engine, it allows the user to quickly and
accurately produce associated documentation for any given task assigned
within the system. Additionally, because it tracks transaction task due
dates, it gives instant feedback to the user regarding the status of
any property transaction. It has facilities for providing accurate fee
quotes and mortgage estimates to clients as well as having a selection
of in-built reports, allowing you to analyse your conveyancing business.
