TaskMaster Licence...

This licence document - henceforth referred to as the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) - supercedes all previous license documentation and agreements applicable to TaskMaster.

Please Read Carefully

This BetamicroSolutions End User Licence Agreement, herein referred to as the EULA, is a legal agreement between you (or your company) and BetamicroSolutions to allow you to USE the TaskMaster software accompanying this EULA, which includes computer software and all associated materials, irrespective of the media that they are delivered or presented on (printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation). By exercising your rights to use TaskMaster, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use TaskMaster.

BetamicroSolutions reserves the right to alter this EULA without notice.

TaskMaster Product Licence

The TaskMaster software and associated materials is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The TaskMaster software is licensed, not sold.

Grant Of Licence

This EULA grants you the following rights:

• Installation and Use. You may install and use the TaskMaster software on as many client machines as required within the one office location.
• You may install the central database file, known as the TaskMaster Data File, on a server for access by a number of users. This EULA covers all LOCAL users who will be using the TaskMaster Interface File to access the data file stored on the server. If users from other branch offices require access to this file, then further EULAs must be purchased from BetamicroSolutions.

Description Of Other Rights And Limitations

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the TaskMaster software.

The TaskMaster software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer other than as described above in relation to the TaskMaster Data File being installed on a server.

The TaskMaster software and this EULA are not transferable to another party. Without prejudice to any other rights, BetamicroSolutions may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the TaskMaster software and all of its component parts.

Copyright

All title and copyrights in and to the TaskMaster software and it's components (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the TaskMaster software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the TaskMaster software are owned by BetamicroSolutions or its suppliers. The TaskMaster software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the TaskMaster software like any other copyrighted material.

On NO ACCOUNT should you offer a copy of TaskMaster, or any of it's component parts, for resale or offer to do so for free. Resale rights are NOT included with the software and NOT covered with this EULA. You may only resell TaskMaster if you have obtained a Reseller Licence from BetamicroSolutions.

Limited Warranty No Warranties

BetamicroSolutions expressly disclaims any warranty for the TaskMaster software. The TaskMaster software, it's components and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the TaskMaster software remains with you.

No Liability For Consequencial Damages

In no event shall BetamicroSolutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the TaskMaster software, even if BetamicroSolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Having read the above, if you do not agree with the conditions laid out in this EULA then DO NOT purchase the software. By purchasing any of the software related to TaskMaster you are automatically assumed to have agreed to this EULA. NO refunds will be given.
