I have a wealth of experience training users in a range of software and hardware issues. Indeed, training has been one of the mainstays of BetamicroSolutions since 1993.
As you can see from the list on the right, I have trained staff from a large number of organisations, either through my own business or on a sub-contracted basis through other training organisations. In fact, I have even trained training providers.
Essentially, I can offer training services in two ways:
Direct Training
I can provide training in all the MS Office suite as well as more technical oriented subjects such as
- Networks - Configuration and Administration
- MS Windows NT/2000/2003 Server
- MS Windows NT/2000/XP Workstation
- MS Exchange Server
- Advanced Database Design using MS Access
- Automating MS Office
- Web Design using MS IIS and ASP as well as standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Integrating MS Access with Web Technologies
I supply off-the-shelf training books - the type you will find in any book store - rather than my own hand-written manuals. Why? I find that delegates value these more. Consequently more likely to refer to them after the course rather than they would a course manual. As a result, your firm will benefit more.
If you feel you want a bespoke training manual, specifically tailored to meet the needs of your staff, then I can certainly develop one to meet your design requirements.
Each course can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Indeed, my particular specialty is in providing 'workshop sessions' where your staff can develop ideas and skills using their own data. In my experience, this method of training works much better than the standard 'classroom' style training. Users simply learn the subject more readily if they are already familiar with the data they are trying to manipulate. Consequently, I can concentrate on teaching the subject rather than explaining what the data is doing.
